In an effort to continue our family business, we incorporated in 2009 and expanded to a full-service Property Maintenance company, specializing in pressure washing. • Houston Downtown District to clean sidewalks in the downtown area since 1996. Past or current contracts include 
• 1200 Metro Bus Shelter cleaning
• 27 Metro Park & Rides and Transit Centers pressure washing and janitorial service. We were also the first contractor to service the 
• Light Rail Platforms on all 3 lines and currently service all 
• 15 in the downtown area. We were the contractor of choice to pressure wash the
• 4 story executive Port Of Houston building. Other clients include

• BBVA Stadium (Currently Shell Energy Stadium) 
• City Of Houston Public Works building pressure washing and sealing.

 Giving Back...In 2012 we founded a 501c3 nonprofit youth mentoring organization to help underserved youth fulfill the dream of going to college. The Baller Academy was formed to help worthy student further their educational career. 90% of our mentored students have gone on to be full time college students or work full time. Our Christmas toy drive collected 4 - 55 gallon bags full of toys that were donated to the Fort Bend Women's Center. The Baller Academy was selected by the Harris County Juvenile court system as a referral organization to help good students perform community service. We are also certified mentors for the Fort Bend County EEYP Program. (Expose Excellent Youth Program) HARDY & HARDY INC. has also helped with numerous community food and backpack drives.
